Discounts from the back of the studio!


As my inventory grows more and more each day of this quarantine, I have found I need to clear out some older inventory. So, with discounts from 60-80%, allow me to present to you some true finds:

 “Jamaican Heat” 25”x 36”. Part of my series of Jamaican ocean sunsets, this one has the body and texture of a VanGogh.

 “IU from the Library Gardens” 16”x20”. Painted en plein air in Bloomington circa 2001.
Was:  $500. Now: $175!!!



“The Paint Out” 16”x20”. I painted this as part of the masterpiece in a day competition in Fountain Square.

 “Pontoon” 16”x20”. Painted en plein air on the Geist reservoir as a study in complementary (opposite ) colors.

 “The Swiss alps from Grenduold” 16”x20”. We stayed at a $15/night youth hostel with this view out of the window. Oil painting touched up with oil pastel

“The bug lake”. 16”x20”. In trying to find some undiscovered wonder here in fishers, i found this buggy pond. Decent painting came out of it, though!

 “Summer Fields” 16”x20”. Painted en plein air, just days before they bulldozed the field to turn it into a Fresh Thyme.

 “Sunset over the Smokies”. Watercolor and pastel.  When I first got married, there was no space to paint in the apartment with all the oil paint thinners and chemicals, so I began to experiment with oil pastel and watercolor mixed media’s. This is the most successful one i did.

“Connor Prarie Turkey” 16”x20”. This turkey I came across was so ridiculously shaped and colored that I had to make a painting of it.

 “Front Door Clematis”. 20”x16”. Usually everything I plant dies swiftly and thoroughly, but the beautiful winding clematis kept coming back year after year

“Tonalist Landscape” 16”x20”.  A moody and sultry twilight neighborhood sky.

 “Summer in the Monon”. 16”x20”. Painted en plein air on the Monon trail near broad ripple.

 “On the Banks” 16”x20”. I had to trespass on someone’s property to paint this sunset over the Geist reservoir.

“Hillside” 24”x 30”. Framed. A view of a hill on the outskirts of the Guadeloupe mountains. Was: $800. Now: $200!!!

 “The Golan Heights” 20”x24”. Inspired by a trip to Israel, this is one of the first oil paintings I have ever done.
Was: $650. Now:  $175!!!!



 “Rainy Day at Geist” 18”x24”.  I painted this en plein air along the reservoir, not far from the old Bella Vita. It started raining halfway through, creating an interesting effect with the paints.
